Director

David is an accomplished technology leader who helps companies achieve their peak operational and technological performance. At FCM, he leads clients through the design and implementation of cost-effective, scalable technical solutions that create a sustainable competitive advantage while unlocking new synergies and efficiencies. He also excels at streamlining operational processes with Lean/Agile methods. Before joining FCM, David was a VP of Operations at Nielsen, responsible for third-party accreditation of its $2.5 billion audience measurement panel. During his tenure, he used automation, machine learning and analytics to reduce audit errors by 50%, and built a new panel for Nielsen’s joint venture in Mexico. Previously, he served as a Client Service Executive and Performance and Planning Leader for Nielsen’s audience measurement service, as well as a technology leader at J.P. Morgan, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Franklin Templeton. David holds over a dozen certifications in Agile and DevOps from the Scrum Alliance, Project Management Institute (PMI), and ITSM Academy.
