Nam is a dynamic executive whose exceptional process and people management skills have facilitated transformational change for both public and privately held firms. She currently serves as Global Finance Leader at Vialto Partners, where she led the development of global finance systems and processes that enabled the company to operate as a standalone organization within one year. Previously, at FCM, Nam guided clients in creating more efficient and effective systems through business process improvement and performance management analytics. Before that, Nam was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a private equity-backed healthcare company, where she re-engineered revenue cycle processes and created a data analytics platform. This effort increased cash collection by nearly 15 percent, improved Days Sales Outstanding by 22 percent and reduced operating expenses by 50 percent in the first year of implementation. Earlier in her career, Nam held multiple Senior Vice President operating roles at Bank of America and graduated from GE’s Management Development Program as well as the elite GE Corporate Audit Staff.
