Kelli is an Operations executive who leads multifaceted operational transformation programs to enable efficiency and scalability for world-class businesses. She specializes in organizational design, process refinement and developing economies of scale. Prior to joining FCM, Kelli was Senior Vice President (SVP) of global operational excellence for Mastercard’s $2.5B Data & Services business, which provides financial transaction data and consumer insights. She and her team enabled 20%+ annual revenue growth while improving margin performance by centralizing and standardizing operations, redesigning the organization, and building and leading automation programs. Earlier, Kelli was SVP of U.S. Media Operations at Nielsen, where she led an organization of 4,500 associates who supported $2B+ in revenue from audience measurement and consistently delivered annual cost reductions to fuel strategic investments.
