Stephanie is an accomplished operations leader who drives enterprise transformation and builds agile, scalable organizations. She guides FCM clients in quickly identifying and tackling operational challenges and value-creation opportunities, with expertise in program leadership, change management and process improvement. Before joining FCM, Stephanie was a director at Experian, where she led technology programs in the North America Contact Center. Her accountabilities included advancing technology for 1,600+ global agents, migrating to a new platform that fueled AI and automation capabilities, and creating efficiencies through location optimization and process enhancement. Earlier, Stephanie led operations organizations for the Digital Measurement and Gracenote divisions of Nielsen. She launched multiple new products, led quality initiatives—including reducing digital onboarding time by 66%—and delivered cost-reduction initiatives to support strategic growth.
