Ammar is a trusted finance leader who creates meaningful value for businesses undergoing growth, acquisitions and transformations. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Cariloop, a health and wellness company. His track record features accomplishments in finance, strategy, operations and M&A across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, transportation and technology. Previously, Ammar was a Director at FCM, where he drove transformation initiatives including the redesign of a global organization with 3,000+ employees, financial due diligence on $2B+ of transactions and $300M+ of productivity delivery. Before joining FCM, he served as the Business Transformation Finance Leader for Chamberlain Group, a large privately held consumer goods company, where he advised on growth- and profit-maximizing strategies such as working capital improvements, pricing optimization, product simplification and new business opportunities. Ammar also has experience in internal audit, sourcing and corporate development, including an 18-month expatriate assignment in Brazil, and is a graduate of Chamberlain Group’s Emerging Leaders Program.
