Quinn is a dynamic executive with experience spanning strategy, business transformation, client success and business development leadership. As an FCM Partner, she directs client engagements focused on carve-outs and transformations that enhance the performance of privately backed companies. Before joining FCM, Quinn was a key member of the executive team at NPS Prism, a customer experience data group. There, she led the business in its successful spin-out to scale operations and improve profitability. Quinn also headed NPS Prism’s client success and commercial organization, onboarding over 60 enterprise clients across 20+ countries and building a global organization to drive growth. Earlier, Quinn held influential roles at Bain & Company and Accenture, where she served private equity portfolio companies and Fortune 100 corporate clients. In her work with these firms, she specialized in guiding business and customer transformations, optimizing shared service organizations, and crafting actionable strategies for profitable growth.
