Matthew is a seasoned technology and transformation executive with more than 25 years of experience spanning product, service, and advisory organizations. Before his time with FCM, he served as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Transformation & Strategic Programs at Experian Consumer Services, where he led the integration of two acquisitions totaling $325M and spearheaded an Agile transformation that delivered 20% year-over-year revenue growth and an 84% increase in production releases. Earlier in his career, as SVP of Global Engineering at Nielsen, he managed a $110M budget with 900+ resources and achieved 10% annual operating savings.
