Alyson is a veteran integration leader who has created value in more than 60 corporate acquisitions and carve-outs. She currently leads enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance efficiency, integration readiness and long-term growth as Senior Director of Operational Excellence at Exact Sciences. Previously, Alyson served as Vice President of M&A at Emids and Director of Integration Strategy at Exact Sciences, driving complex carve-outs and transitions across the healthcare technology sector. Before that, she supported enterprise value creation for clients across all phases of the private equity investment cycle as a Director at FCM. Alyson previously spent six years at GE Healthcare, ascending to Director of Business Development. She led 40+ transactions through all deal stages—from target evaluation and synergy identification to Day One readiness and separation planning—to accelerate business-case realization. A graduate of GE’s world-class Information Management Leadership Program, Alyson also holds Scrum and Six Sigma certifications.
