Griffin is a sourcing specialist who provides hands-on expertise to help businesses optimize their vendor portfolios and relationships. He partners with FCM’s clients to drive procurement cost savings and enhance outsourcing engagements. With an analytics background, Griffin specializes in vendor portfolio optimization, RFI/RFP management and governance, and financial tracking. In his previous role, he focused on process re-engineering and Transition Service Agreement (TSA) coordination as part of FCM’s Program Management practice. His accomplishments include managing large single-source outsourcing transformations; applying procurement best practices to generate significant vendor savings; ensuring that major corporate carve-outs met committed separation milestones; and developing financial resource optimization models for multimillion-dollar productivity initiatives.
