He previously served as a Product Manager in Citi’s Global Retail Bank and was responsible for a $2B global transformation that established common products, processes and technology for 23 businesses. Rémy also held leadership positions that delivered $200M of productivity across solutions, strategy and program management for Citi, and is a graduate of its esteemed Technology Leadership Program. From building a best-in-class roadmap for a manual back office function in Latin America to launching innovative loss-mitigation payments solutions in Europe, his diverse accomplishments share a focus on excellent customer experiences.
