Alex is a proven technology and operations leader who brings together the right people, experiences, and information to solve big challenges. His collaborative approach has helped large private equity firms transform their technology organizations, achieve successful business separations, and implement program governance strategies. Alex currently works as a Business Strategist at Charles Schwab, where he helps drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements for the firm. Previously, he oversaw strategy programs for the technology company Workrise and spent nine years in technology and operations consulting, including three years with FCM. During this time, he delivered multi-year global talent outsourcing programs tied to more than $120M in productivity initiatives for an FCM client and efficiently exited a portfolio of Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) at 28% below expected costs. Earlier in his career at Protiviti, Alex coordinated technology integration and data migration activities for a $575M acquisition, developed a continuous improvement office for a company with $10B in global revenue, devised centralized application and vendor rationalization strategies, and provided operations maturity and cybersecurity guidance to top financial services organizations. He holds certifications in ITIL v3 Foundations and Microsoft Azure Cloud Fundamentals.
