Alex’s expertise includes technology total cost of ownership, application rationalization, continuous improvement, cybersecurity and program management. Before joining FCM, he spent six years in technology strategy and operations consulting, helping clients improve their technology and operational performance. He coordinated technology integration and data migration activities for a $575M acquisition, developed a continuous improvement office for a company with $10B in global revenue, devised a centralized application rationalization strategy across 40 business units and provided operations maturity guidance to top national association banks. Alex is ITIL v3 Foundations certified.
