Alyson is a veteran integration leader who has created value in more than 60 corporate acquisitions and carve-outs. She currently directs integration strategy at Exact Sciences, a biotechnology company. Previously, she partnered with FCM clients across all phases of the private equity transaction cycle, aligning investment strategies with achievable, impactful business outcomes. Her specialties include target evaluation, Day One readiness and transition services planning and execution. Before joining FCM, Alyson was a Corporate Development (M&A) Director at GE Healthcare. In that role, she led 40+ transactions through all deal stages: evaluating potential, identifying synergies and driving the early planning of integration or separation activity to accelerate business-case realization. Prior to that, Alyson was the IT Corporate Development (M&A) Leader, where she led IT due diligence, technical integration planning, budget management and project execution for 15+ deals with a $1B+ business impact to GE Healthcare. A graduate of GE’s world-class Information Management Leadership Program, Alyson holds Scrum and Six Sigma certifications.
