Anand Banthia

Anand is a versatile operations leader who helps companies navigate quickly and successfully through big transformations. He partners with FCM clients to plan and manage programs in support of their corporate mergers, acquisitions and carve-outs. Prior to joining FCM, Anand built 15 years of experience in operations, procurement and M&A across the Americas, Asia and Europe. He spent five years at EY, where he led separation readiness and provided post-close stabilization support for a $3.2B divestiture; led organizational design, advised on procurement and operations strategy and managed Brazil start-up activities for a global $3.4B carve-out; and led finance integration planning for a $26.2B acquisition in the technology sector. Anand previously worked for Siemens Energy and Industry and graduated from its world-class Operations Leadership Development Program.
