Andy is a proven transformation leader who drives program delivery for major carve-outs, integrations and turnarounds. He partners with FCM clients on both large transactions (including the separation of $140M in seller services and transition of 9,000+ captive offshore operations resources, which contributed to $220M+ of operating value for a carve-out acquisition) and mid-tier deals (including an IT carve-out that achieved 95% of systems independence in 12 months). Before joining FCM, Andy served as Client Service Executive for Nielsen’s Marketing Effectiveness, Consumerization and Entertainment businesses, totaling $1B+ in annual revenue. He oversaw operations and technology delivery, including product quality, program execution, diligence and integration efforts for multiple acquisitions. Andy also helped establish the company’s first global technology function and deliver $300M in cost productivity. Previously, he graduated from GE’s Information Management Leadership Program and excelled in program management across a wide range of functions.
