Andrew Caldwell

Andrew is a product and technology executive with over a decade of success driving multi-year strategic roadmaps and multimillion-dollar transformation initiatives. He spearheads the execution of large private equity carve-outs and organizational optimization programs that generate meaningful enterprise value for FCM clients. Prior to joining FCM, Andrew was Senior Vice President of the product function for Nielsen’s flagship global media measurement offerings, including TV Ratings and Digital Ad Ratings. With profit-and-loss ownership of a $2.1B portfolio, he directed initiatives that improved quality (including restoring accreditation to Nielsen’s US TV Ratings), significantly reduced expenses (including revamping panel management during the pandemic and reducing operating expense by 10%) and delivered on 3.5% revenue growth targets. Earlier, Andrew was a manager in KPMG’s management consulting practice, where he specialized in post-merger integrations and enterprise portfolio management for Fortune 500 companies.
