April is a proven CHRO who drives meaningful human capital strategies and operational results. As an executive advisor focused on business transformation, organizational agility and M&A integration, she has guided FCM clients through the organizational changes associated with acquisitions, integrations and enhancing business performance. Her diverse background includes human resources (HR) leadership across multiple industries, for both private and public companies. Prior to her advisory work, April served as Chief HR Officer (CHRO) for Worldpay, a leading payment technology company. She established a full-service HR model following Worldpay’s divestiture and led acquisitions to triple its workforce. Earlier, April was Vice President of HR for the Americas at Burger King Corporation, where she implemented productivity initiatives to yield 50% in cost savings. She also held leadership roles at Ingersoll-Rand, GKN and Burlington Industries.
