Cyndie is a senior HR leader and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience overseeing human resources (HR) strategy, organizational transformation and talent development. She supports FCM clients in promoting high-performing teams and programs while increasing profitability. Prior to becoming an advisor, Cyndie was a key executive team member for global organizations including GKN Driveline and Dow Chemical Company. Most recently, as Vice President of Global Functions and Executive Compensation at GKN, she led all HR initiatives for the Commercial, Program Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Lean, Communications and IT functions. Earlier, she directed the global re-engineering of GKN’s talent and succession processes, yielding 70% productivity and 90% quality improvement based on the availability of real-time data and deeper talent pools. Cyndie has extensive experience in culture change, union/work-council engagement, compensation and benefits, succession planning and talent development.
