Dean Van Hollebeke

Dean is an accomplished transformation leader and program manager who facilitates large-scale carve-outs and acquisitions. He has driven program governance and execution for key FCM clients, ensuring sound integration planning and cost management. Previously, Dean led NielsenIQ’s North American Operations and Data Science functions during the company’s split from Nielsen and its establishment as an independent business. This included delivering over $20M of productivity to support competitive growth under private ownership. Dean also spearheaded due diligence and integration planning for two major acquisitions that significantly enhanced the company’s measurement capabilities. Earlier in his career, he led Nielsen’s Operations function in Africa and held multiple U.S.-based leadership roles in operations, product strategy and data science. In these positions, he improved profitability through systems retirement and the implementation of machine-learning initiatives. Dean begin his career as an inaugural member of the esteemed  Nielsen Emerging Leaders Program.
