At FCM, he partners with private-equity portfolio companies to build operational structures, organizational frameworks and workflows that enable continued business growth. Dimiter was previously Vice President of US Field Operations at Nielsen, where he led a 2,000-person organization responsible for cultivating the research panels at the core of Nielsen’s $2.5B audience measurement business. Under his leadership, the organization navigated significant technology transformation and industry change while consistently delivering annual productivity of 6% on a $200M budget. In prior roles at Nielsen, Dimiter led Operations and Technology teams across South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Pacific. He oversaw the successful execution and implementation of product and technology programs, delivered strong operational execution and fostered continuous improvement.
