As Chief of Staff to FCM’s Chief Executive Officer, Emily supports the executive team in coordinating key initiatives and optimizing internal processes to ensure seamless operations across the organization. Previously, she was part of the firm’s human resources (HR) practice, where she facilitated the people-related aspects of organizational transformation for FCM clients. Emily was instrumental in improving HR processes, providing HR governance to private equity portfolio companies, and collaborating on project plans to deploy new organizational designs. Her unique combination of program management rigor and HR operations knowledge supported significant value creation for clients, including a Fortune 500 company’s delivery of $40M in savings through the resolution of crucial data discrepancies and another company’s realization of over $56M in cost savings within six months.
