EmilyGrace is an organizational management specialist who drives enterprise-wide transformations that unleash operational value. For 15 years, she has helped companies and government entities seize opportunities to improve their processes and performance. Before joining FCM, EmilyGrace was a senior executive serving as Chief of Staff to the Secretary of the Navy, supporting a 900,000-person organization with a budget of $194B. She assisted the Secretary with executing his strategy, working closely with leaders across the Department of Defense, Congress and the White House. Earlier, EmilyGrace guided business model transformations at Deloitte and as President of her own consulting firm. She began her career with Lockheed Martin as a financial analyst and process improvement specialist. EmilyGrace also serves in the National Guard as an aviator and intelligence officer, and has deployed to Iraq, Kuwait and Afghanistan. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Villanova University.
