Jason Belyea

Jason is an experienced finance leader who provides strategic guidance for acquisitions and corporate carve-outs. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Finance at Progyny, Inc., where he drives financial strategy, profitability, and long-term value creation for a high-growth, publicly traded company. At FCM, Jason has helped clients capture integration synergies, specializing in business strategy, portfolio analytics, due diligence, financial processes, and operational effectiveness. Previously, he spent ten years in global finance at Nielsen, including as a Vice President leading financial planning and analysis for the company’s Operations, Technology, and Product Leadership organizations. In that role, he streamlined global financial processes and reporting, overseeing $2.2B in expenses against Nielsen’s $6B+ in revenue while leading a team of finance managers. Earlier, Jason was a member of Nielsen’s Corporate Audit Staff and graduated from the company’s Financial Leadership Program.
