Jason is an experienced finance leader who provides strategic guidance for acquisitions and corporate carve-outs. He helps FCM clients drive synergies during business integrations, specializing in business strategy, portfolio analytics, due diligence, financial processes and operational effectiveness. Prior to joining FCM, Jason spent ten years working in global finance at Nielsen. Most recently, he served as a Vice President leading financial planning and analysis for Nielsen’s Operations, Technology and Product Leadership organizations. In that role, he designed and implemented streamlined global financial processes and reporting. He was responsible for $2.2B in expense supporting Nielsen’s $6B+ in revenue, while leading a team of finance managers. Previously, Jason was a member of Nielsen’s Corporate Audit Staff and graduated from the company’s Financial Leadership Program.
