Jenn is an experienced human resources (HR) leader who partners with business leaders to align their people priorities with organizational goals. With over 15 years of global HR experience, she has a wealth of expertise spanning workforce management, engagement and retention, talent development, talent acquisition, mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Prior to joining FCM, Jenn was an HR leader at InMoment, where she served as a trusted advisor to leadership, managers and employees. As a member of InMoment’s M&A team, she played a key role in due diligence, organizational strategy and post-closing integration and transformation for multiple transactions, including a merger with MaritzCX that doubled the company’s size. Jenn also shaped the success of InMoment’s Research & Development team as Chief of Staff and HR Business Partner, helping transform business operations and delivering $5M in headcount savings. Earlier in her career, she was an HR Operations Manager with Empathica, where her efforts were instrumental in driving a positive and productive workplace culture. Jenn is certified in Human Resources Management.
