Jim is a proven finance leader who drives consistent profitability and bottom-line productivity, specializing in facilities and sourcing. He helps FCM clients maximize value by optimizing their vendor spending and real-estate footprints. Jim previously served as Finance Director of a $90M portfolio at Sodexo, a global leader in food and facilities management. In this role, he developed profitable financial models for growth opportunities and partnered with Operations to realize 5% year-over-year savings while increasing internal margins. Prior to his time at Sodexo, Jim was a Director at CBRE, a leading commercial real-estate firm where he oversaw multiple client accounts, implemented financial best practices and deployed standardized reporting to yield more accurate results. Earlier, Jim launched his finance career with stints in accounting and financial analysis at the market research firm Nielsen and consumer-products giant Pepsico. Known for identifying and improving inefficient processes, he has a track record of achieving consistent, sustainable financial excellence.
