Joanne Pan

Principal

Joanne is a senior finance leader who drives business integration and operational excellence for private-equity-backed companies. She supports FCM’s private equity clients with due diligence, valuations and portfolio analytics, and helps portfolio companies implement holistic growth programs that enhance their underlying processes. Joanne also has extensive international experience and cultural expertise, particularly for companies seeking to do business in China and Japan. Prior to joining FCM, she led strategic planning and internal audit for Softcard, an early stage mobile payments company acquired by Google. Earlier, Joanne held several leadership positions at GE, including Pricing Leader for its consumer finance business in Japan and Audit Manager for its Corporate Audit Staff. With significant experience in early- and mid-stage startups, she has a keen understanding of what it takes to achieve both measured and rapid growth.
