Jonathan is a skilled program leader who drives technology outcomes and efficiencies to power leading businesses. He has worked with many of FCM’s private equity clients and their portfolio companies, leading transition services agreement (TSA) integration planning, execution and productivity governance for deals totaling more than $11B. Jonathan previously served as Principal Customer Success Manager at IBM, where he was responsible for delivering business value through $50M+ software contracts for IBM’s largest Healthcare and Public Government customers. Earlier, as Applications Development Lead for Citi’s Global Consumer Technology organization, he led his team to increase operating efficiency and delivery output while overseeing the deployment of major enhancements to Citi’s online banking platform through a managed service provider. Jonathan launched his career in Citi’s esteemed Technology Leadership Program, where he gained broad experience in program management, solutions design, business intelligence and software development.
