Jonathan is a human resources executive who develops productive, engaged, agile and compliant workplaces that drive business results. He currently serves as Chief People Officer at Fortis, where he aligns people and talent programs with the company’s growth-focused strategy. Previously, he supported HR strategy and transformation for key FCM clients, bringing a wealth of experience across mergers and acquisitions, organizational effectiveness and talent program design in businesses of all sizes. Before that, Jonathan was Chief Human Resources Officer for the IT firm Net at Work and Vice President of HR Transformation & Strategy at ADP, where he helped architect the global HR strategy, led a centralized delivery model for employee relations and HR compliance, drove large-scale human capital initiatives, and helped transform the HR organization to better align with ADP’s evolving business strategy. Earlier in his career, he was an HR transformation and M&A consultant with The Hackett Group and Aon Hewitt, an HR operating partner with Cerberus Capital Management, an interim Chief HR Officer for several private equity portfolio companies, and General Counsel for a high-growth HR outsourcing company.
