Justin is a technology expert with a knack for making corporate systems stronger and more efficient. He provides hands-on technical guidance to FCM clients, relying on deep experience with enterprise resource planning platforms, financial message standards, bank implementations and payment systems. Justin has managed integration and deployment of the Workday platform, served as a core member of the IT leadership team for a successful corporate carve-out and run governance for a two-year Transition Services Agreement (TSA). Before joining FCM, he led a team of technical consultants performing treasury management system implementations and back office integrations for banks in more than 20 countries. He oversaw deployment of the GTreasury payment module and led his team to increase operational efficiency, reducing errors with a standardized process. Justin also worked with an early stage FinTech startup, providing technical and functional expertise on the development of a US ACH Fedwire payment processing system.
