Kellie Bacon

Kellie is a human resources and program management specialist with broad experience leading process and system implementations across a variety of industries. Prior to joining FCM, she worked in talent management for Cars.com, where she focused on employee engagement, learning management, compliance and leadership development. Before that, Kellie supported learning and development for the University of Chicago’s Shared Services Office. She also spent six years in healthcare technology with instructional design, project management and IT systems roles at Adreima (now part of FinThrive) and Oakwood Healthcare System (now part of Corewell Health). During her time at Oakwood, Kellie helped facilitate the system-wide rollout of Epic software for electronic health records. She began her career as a high school history teacher before making the jump to the private sector. Kellie is a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
