Kelsey is an accomplished program manager who partners with FCM clients on business transformation and acquisition integration initiatives. She joined the firm from Ohio’s third-largest school district, where she led complex programs that impacted thousands of students and staff, driving operational success and regulatory compliance. Under Kelsey’s leadership, the district streamlined processes, improving receivables and program efficiency. Her keen attention to detail and risk mitigation efforts led to substantial savings and cost avoidance during audits. She also secured funding from the State of Ohio to provide millions of meals to students, ensuring that their nutritional needs were met. As a program manager with FCM, Kelsey coordinates internal teams and external partners to ensure successful program rollouts, process improvements and stakeholder satisfaction. She is known for her ability to oversee multiple workstreams, deliver results and foster cross-functional collaboration.
