Krishna is an accomplished Finance, Risk and Compliance leader with two decades of experience leading large global analytics teams. He has helped FCM clients drive productivity in business transformations, specializing in resource optimization, data science application, offshore capability centers and financial processes. Krishna spent over 18 years at HSBC in India, Canada and the U.S. Most recently, as Lead VP of Decision Sciences for HSBC India, he led a 90-person organization focusing on financial crime and regulatory compliance, yielding 10% year-on-year cost savings. Earlier at HSBC Canada, Krishna was Finance Business Partner for the Wealth, Lending and Asset Management business. In this role, he oversaw results reporting and forecasting, boosted revenue with pricing models built from customer-level data and led deployment of globally standardized performance metrics. Previously, Krishna worked in Customer Deposits/Funding analytics, where he optimized the value of funds models for HSBC U.S.
