Laura is a strategic CIO who inspires technology teams to build enterprise value by optimizing business systems and processes. She has helped key FCM clients implement winning technology strategies, migrations and spinoffs. Prior to her work with FCM, Laura defined and executed information technology (IT) strategy for several prominent global companies. As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Lennar, she built a high-performing IT team and spearheaded the acquisition of CalAtlantic Homes. The largest migration in homebuilding history, this transition of 38 divisions took just nine months and generated savings of $823M. As Senior Vice President (SVP) of Enabling Technology at Nielsen, Laura led a global team to generate $71.6M in productivity and reduce critical errors by 70%—all while producing 7.4B data points daily. Earlier, she held multiple senior technology roles at Citi Financial Services and GE, where she oversaw complex system improvements, quality enhancements, acquisitions, divestitures and productivity programs to enable exceptional market performance.
