Laura is a strategic Chief Information Officer (CIO) who inspires technology teams to build enterprise value by optimizing business systems and processes. She is currently a CIO Consultant with Innovation Vista, where she partners with mid–sized organizations to provide IT leadership, assessments and strategic roadmaps that transform technology into a driver of business results. At FCM, she has helped clients implement winning technology strategies, system migrations and carve-outs. Laura previously defined and executed IT strategy for several prominent global companies. As CIO of Lennar, she built a high-performing IT team and led the acquisition of CalAtlantic Homes. The largest migration in homebuilding history, this transition of 38 divisions was completed in nine months and generated $823M in savings. As Senior Vice President of Enabling Technology at Nielsen, Laura led a global team that delivered $71.6M in productivity and reduced critical errors by 70 percent while producing 7.4B data points daily. Earlier, she held senior technology roles at Citi Financial Services and GE, where she oversaw system improvements, quality enhancements, acquisitions, divestitures and productivity programs to enable strong market performance.
