Prior to joining FCM, Laura defined and executed information technology (IT) strategy for prominent global companies. As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Lennar, she built a high-performing IT team and spearheaded the acquisition of CalAtlantic Homes. The largest migration in home building history, this transition of 38 divisions took just nine months and generated savings of $823M. Laura previously served as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Enabling Technology at Nielsen, where she led a global team to generate $71.6M in productivity and reduce critical errors by 70%—all while producing 7.4B data points daily. Earlier, she held multiple senior technology roles at Citi Financial Services and GE. Laura oversaw complex system improvements, quality enhancements, acquisitions, divestitures and productivity programs to enable exceptional market performance.
