Lisa is a trusted human resources (HR) leader with 25+ years of experience guiding public and private enterprises through complex challenges by aligning organizational goals with human capital strengths. She partners with FCM clients on the HR-related aspects of business transformation and integration. Lisa was previously Head of HR at Fusion Connect, a technology managed service provider. In this role, she led a strategic workforce redesign that delivered $22M in savings while maintaining the lowest voluntary attrition rate in over three years. Before that, she spent more than two decades in HR at the human capital services firm that is now Alight, supporting Hewitt Associates’ initial public offering, its acquisition by Aon, the carve-out of Alight as a standalone business and, finally, Alight’s transition to a public company. As VP of HR for Alight’s Product and Technology organization, Lisa spearheaded change management for the company’s cloud product launch and was instrumental in leading a multi-year global workforce plan that delivered $10M in savings. She is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.
