Matthew is a proven technology and transformation executive who leads programs that drive business value and operational excellence. He has 25+ years of experience spanning multiple industries, including product, service and advisory organizations. At FCM, Matthew partners with clients to design and execute initiatives that improve their profitability. He was previously Senior Vice President (SVP) of Transformation & Strategic Programs at Experian Consumer Services, where he led the integration of two acquisitions totaling $325M and spearheaded a transformation to Agile project management that drove 20% year-over-year revenue growth coupled with an 84% increase in production releases. Earlier, as SVP of Global Engineering at Nielsen, Matthew managed a $110M budget with 900+ resources and achieved 10% annual operating savings. He has also led multiple cloud transformations, generating $90M+ in savings. A U.S. patent holder and Six Sigma Executive Black Belt, Matthew excels in deploying Lean and Scrum methodologies.
