Matt is a dynamic program leader who manages integration initiatives to support seamless mergers, acquisitions and carve-outs. He is an expert in Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), organizational design and supplier management. Matt has led fast and cost-effective separations for multiple FCM clients, including a $160M per year program that exited 99%+ of TSAs during its first 24 months. He has also supported $57M of client productivity initiatives across staff, technology, outsourcing and real estate. Previously, Matt spent six years as a technology strategy and operations consultant at Protiviti, helping businesses plan and implement technology integration programs. Among other engagements, he led technology integration and data migration for a $575M deal in the education industry and planned integration activities for a $4B bank merger. Matt holds Scrum and Six Sigma certifications.
