Matt is a dynamic program leader who manages initiatives to support seamless transformations, acquisitions and carve-outs. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Business Transformation at Alight, where he leads a portfolio of initiatives that deliver operational efficiencies through process automation and modernization. Previously at Alight, Matt served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Finance and Strategy, overseeing $1B of annual spend across global commercial, marketing, product and technology functions.. Earlier, as a Director at FCM, Matt led fast and cost-effective carve-out separations for multiple clients, including a $160M–per–year program that exited 99 percent of TSAs within its first 24 months. He also supported $57M of productivity initiatives across staff, technology, outsourcing and real estate. Prior to joining FCM, Matt spent six years as a technology strategy and operations consultant at Protiviti, where he led technology integration and data migration for a $575M deal in the education industry and planned integration activities for a $4B bank merger. Matt holds Scrum and Six Sigma certifications.
