Michael D’Antona

Michael is a veteran finance leader who guides FCM clients in the financial elements of acquisitions, carve-outs and performance improvement. He has over 25 years of experience, beginning with a foundation in public accounting at EY and progressing through leadership roles across controllership, financial planning & analysis, and business transformation. Before joining FCM, Michael served as Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Publishers Clearing House, a $500M+ sweepstakes marketing company that generates revenue through consumer offerings and digital advertising. He played a pivotal role in the change management office (XMO), overseeing the company’s long-term digital transformation. Earlier in his career, Michael was part of the mergers and acquisitions diligence team at First Data Corporation (now Fiserv), a multi-billion-dollar leader in payment processing and financial technology. In this role, he evaluated potential acquisition targets and collaborated with implementation teams to integrate companies after transaction closing.
