Michael is a collaborative program manager who leads diverse teams to deliver large corporate initiatives. He runs integration and governance efforts for FCM clients undergoing acquisitions and carve-outs, with a focus on infrastructure, business transformation, third-party management and process improvement. At FCM, Michael has rolled out net new data centers and delivered transition activities on plan and on budget, while saving $500K in recurring costs. He previously held senior roles across technology and operations at Nielsen, a leading market measurement company. As Director of Operations, he led delivery of the company’s global digital product portfolio while saving 10% in operational costs and improving quality year-over-year. Earlier in his time at Nielsen, Michael oversaw a program management office that delivered major initiatives in new product introduction, quality improvement, process automation, software development and synergy identification and delivery. He is a graduate of the Nielsen Emerging Leaders Program and is certified in Six Sigma.
