Michael Williams

Michael is a finance executive with 15 years of progressive experience at Fortune 500 data companies and industry-leading technology firms.He helps FCM’s private-equity clients evaluate investments and supports portfolio companies in the financial aspects of acquisition integration and performance improvement. Michael was previously the finance leader for BASES, a $200M standalone business unit within consumer-data company NIQ. Prior to that, he led financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the Digital Transformation Office at R1 RCM, a revenue cycle management firm. In this role, Michael developed long-range plans, financial targets and tracking mechanisms to help digitize the customer experience while reducing costs by automating millions of back-office tasks. Earlier, he spent 10 years in leadership roles across FP&A, controllership and global finance transformation at the audience-measurement company Nielsen. During this time, Michael directed profit-and-loss accounts for businesses with operations in 100+ countries and excelled in Nielsen’s Corporate Audit Staff as well as its Finance Leadership Program.
