Michelle is a senior executive with 25+ years of experience leading global real estate and sourcing transformations, creating millions in lease and vendor cost savings. She guides FCM clients in optimizing real-estate portfolios and negotiating competitive vendor and outsourcing contracts. Recently, Michelle was Sr. Director of Facilities Management at McKesson, where she enhanced service offerings, drove vendor consolidation and reshaped the outsourced provider support model. Before that, she ran the company’s real-estate strategy arm. Michelle also previously served as VP of Global Real Estate for both Change Healthcare and Nielsen. At Change, she led the integration of 135+ sites, streamlined vendor spending and completed a $32M building sale to save 15%+ of portfolio value. At Nielsen, she transformed a 100-country portfolio and took out $50M+ in spend, negotiated and transitioned the company’s first-generation outsourcing contract, and managed significant M&A projects. Earlier, Michelle was a financial executive for several firms.
