Paul is a former COO and CIO who creates highly effective teams that are recognized for close-knit collaboration. He has provided FCM’s private equity portfolio clients with cross-functional leadership to deliver successful business integrations, separations and productivity initiatives. Prior to his work with FCM, Paul served as Chief Operating Officer of Nielsen NeuroFocus, where he led the acquisition integration of a Silicon Valley neuroscience startup. He played a critical leadership role, joining two diverse cultures into one cohesive organization. Also responsible for the division’s global operations and technology, he created a team that standardized processes to reduce project cycle time by 40%. Paul’s deep operational track record also includes roles as a Client Service Executive in Nielsen’s Global Media division, the Chief Information Officer of Amersham Biosciences (GE Healthcare) and the Chief Information Officer of P&C Reinsurance Division (GE Insurance Solutions).
