Pavan is a seasoned finance and human resources executive who has helped transform some of the world’s most iconic companies. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of USIC, a leading provider of outsourced utility location services across the U.S. and Canada. Pavan has guided FCM clients in implementing large-scale technology environments, service-oriented organizations and global delivery centers. Previously, he was President of the Human Resources (HR) & Financial Solutions business at Alight, where he oversaw the company’s cloud-based HR and financial services platforms. He led the $5B carve-out of Aon Hewitt’s outsourcing business (now Alight) and its subsequent sale to private equity. Earlier, he held multiple leadership roles at Aon Hewitt, including Chief Executive Officer of Outsourcing, Chief Financial Officer of Outsourcing and Corporate Controller. As Senior Vice President of Finance for global telecommunications giant MCI, he helped lead the company out of the largest fraud and bankruptcy in corporate history. Before that, he was a Chief Financial Officer and Controller at BellSouth Corporation.
