Pete is a skilled finance director who fuels business performance by optimizing accounting and financial processes. He supports private equity firms and their portfolio companies in the financial aspects of due diligence, separation, integration and performance improvement. With FCM, Pete has led financial advisory for initiatives delivering $200M+ of productivity, including contract negotiations that achieved ~$70M in annualized savings. He was previously a Software Controller at Professional Trading Solutions (PTS), a privately held broker-dealer and provider of trading software. For PTS, he redesigned the billing process, ensured that transactions and metrics were properly reported and performed due diligence on potential acquisitions. Before that, Pete served as a Senior Consultant for Deloitte. He established a regulatory compliance framework for a $1.9B public company; assessed financial statement risks and created controls for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance at an $800M public company; and developed a cost model to track product expenses for a $100B public company.
