Ragesh is a collaborative finance leader who optimizes financial processes to create stronger, more sustainable businesses. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, he brings together operational discipline and deep finance expertise. Ragesh has supported numerous successful integrations and transformations for FCM clients’ carve-outs, mergers and acquisitions. Previously, he was a Senior Director at GE Capital, where he held roles in treasury operations, finance and controllership. His work included upgrading the intercompany settlement process across 3,000+ entities, building Federal reporting routines for ~$14B in Energy assets and supporting the CFO’s office in analyzing and consolidating the GE Consumer (~$130B of assets) and GE Commercial Lending ($170B of assets) businesses. Additionally, Ragesh led the transformation of hedge accounting for ~$350B of interest rate and FX instruments, reducing closing from 15 to 4 days. He is a graduate of GE’s prestigious Corporate Audit Staff and Operations Management Leadership programs.
