Ray is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who guides privately held and publicly traded companies in building top-notch finance organizations. He has advised FCM clients on restructuring operations, improving cost structures and refining procurement. Ray currently serves as CFO of Independent Purchasing Cooperative (IPC), the supply chain company supporting Subway® franchisees with world-class procurement and cost management solutions. Previously, he was CFO of Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, where he oversaw finance, controllership, business technology and business transformation for the supply chain serving Yum! Brands restaurants. He also worked at Cerberus Capital Management, a private investment firm with more than $26B under management. As Senior Operations Executive, Ray led due diligence for several investments, drove financial excellence in portfolio businesses and was a key player in two dispositions. Earlier in his career, Ray spent 15 years at GE in progressive global finance leadership roles, including CFO of its $300M High Performance Plastics business.
