Rémy is an operations and technology leader who spearheads transformations that create agile, innovative businesses. He is the founder of A Faster Exit, where he advises on M&A, market strategy and AI-driven operational solutions for emerging and distressed companies. With deep experience in digitization, automation, underwriting, fraud, collections and operations, he has helped FCM clients drive initiatives to sustainably improve their business models. Previously, Rémy was Vice President of Supply Chain & Fleet at Transformco, where he led a $400M supply chain budget, unlocking $200M in enterprise value, reducing inventory by 50 percent and cutting payroll and software costs by nearly one third. Earlier, as a leader at Citi, he managed a $2B global transformation for the company’s retail bank and delivered $200M in productivity improvements across operations, strategy and program management. Remy launched his career in Citi’s esteemed Technology Leadership Program, where he built experience across multiple technology disciplines.
