Scott currently serves as Senior Vice President of Digital Criminal Transformation at First Advantage, where he leads global teams of 1,000+ to deliver cost leadership, first-time-right quality and commercial value through operational excellence and innovation. He was previously Vice President of Customer Success, driving customer retention and revenue growth for Hoodie Analytics. Earlier, Scott spent two decades managing client relationships, global teams of 1,000+ people and budgets of $300M+ for companies in financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and consulting. As Senior Vice President of Operations at Nielsen, he was accountable for end-to-end delivery of consumer data solutions in 42 countries. He drove more than $40M in productivity while improving quality by 70 percent. Scott also held leadership roles in Nielsen’s client delivery, technology and leadership development groups. Previously, he worked in business intelligence solution design and delivery at firms including Aon and Accenture.
