Scott is a hands-on operations and technology executive who creates high-performing client delivery organizations. At FCM, he helps multibillion-dollar companies transform the way they work, to significantly improve quality and financial performance. His accomplishments include uncovering $20M+ of productivity and ensuring a seamless transition of enterprise resource planning solutions while navigating a carve-out and preparing for a public offering. Prior to joining FCM, Scott spent two decades managing client relationships, global teams of 1,000+ people and budgets of $300M+ for companies in financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and consulting. As Senior Vice President of Operations at Nielsen, he was accountable for the end-to-end delivery of consumer data solutions in developed markets. Working across 42 countries, he drove over $40M in productivity while improving quality by 70%. Scott also held leadership roles in Nielsen’s client delivery, technology and leadership development groups. Previously, he worked in business intelligence solution design and delivery at firms including Aon and Accenture.
